  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
  • 2 green plantains, peeled, cut into 24 (1/4-inch-thick) slices (about 1-1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 cup refried black beans
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

    of the dressing in large skillet on medium heat.

    Add plantains, a few at a time; cook 3 min.

    Remove from skillet; flatten with rolling pin or other hard flat surface.

    of the remaining dressing at a time, cook flattened plantains in skillet 1 to 2 min.

    Place plantains on baking sheet.
