- 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. sliced, smoked chicken, cut up
- Mexican Coleslaw
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 orange, pared and cut into 6 wedges
- chili powder
- taco sauce
Directions

1Crumble 2 tostada shells on each of 6 salad plates.

2Layer half each of the chicken pieces and Mexican Coleslaw on crumbled tostadas.

3Top with cheese, remaining chicken and coleslaw, olives and orange wedges.

4Sprinkle with chili powder.

5Top with taco sauce.
