Tostadas With Broccoli

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup oaxaca cheese
  • 4 slices turkey breast

Directions

    Saute the broccoli in the olive oil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Cover for approximately 3 minutes and, if the broccoli seems to have softened, add the soy sauce and garlic. Cook for 3 more minutes, remove from heat, and set aside.

    Heat the tortillas in a skillet on low heat. Divide the cheese and turkey into 4 portions and place on each tortilla.

    When the tortillas are crunchy and the cheese has melted, place a portion of the broccoli on top of each one and serve.
