Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Cider Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Celery, Diced Fine
  • 1 cup Green Pepper, Diced Fine
  • 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) French Sliced Green Beans
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Baby/Shoepeg Corn
  • 1 can Pimentos, 4 Ounce
  • 1 cup Petit Frozen Peas

Directions

    Dressing: In a sauce pan mix together oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and water. Boil one minute and then cool.

    Salad: Throw all the veggies together in a bowl, mix in the cooled dressing and serve. Keeps several days in the refrigerator.

    Fits perfectly in a 3# margarine tub for a picnic.
