- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 large chopped onion
- 2 large potatoes, cut fine
- 2 lb. ground pork
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
Directions

1Cut into serving pieces top or botton round.

3Dredge in flour seasoned to taste with salt and pepper.

4Have heavy skillet over medium-low heat just enough fat to keep meat from sticking.
