- 2 boxes Green Giant corn in butter sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine kernels with sugar, nutmeg and pepper.

2Add eggs, mixing well.

3Stir in milk.

4Turn into buttered 1-quart casserole dish.

5Place casserole dish in a pan of water and bake in preheated slow oven at 325° until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
