  • 1 gallon milk
  • 1 gallon heavy cream
  • 2 cup bourbon
  • 32 each egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 32 each egg whites
  • 4 cup granulated sugar

Directions

    combine egg yolks and sugar untill smooth

    add milk, cream, vanilla, bourbon, cinnamon, and nutmeg

    beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar, until soft peaks.

    combine with the rest of the mix.

    serve chilled, garnish with cinnamon
