- 1 1/2 tbsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 32 each egg whites
- 4 cup granulated sugar
Directions

1combine egg yolks and sugar untill smooth

2add milk, cream, vanilla, bourbon, cinnamon, and nutmeg

3beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar, until soft peaks.

4combine with the rest of the mix.
