- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 recipe egg bread
- 4-5 cups of chicken stock (from a fat hen is best and really makes a difference)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Saut onions and celery in margarine.

2Crumble egg bread and mix in the stock until the mixture is very moist.

3Add sauteed onions and celery, then mix in salt, pepper, and sage.

4Add the four eggs and blend well.

5Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 10-12.
