- 14 ounce active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 14 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 14 cups white flour
Directions

1In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

12Form into a loaf and place into a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

14Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

15Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the bottom of the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
