- 1 cup (2 sticks) soften butter
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour (2 cups high altitude)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal uncooked (quick or old fashioned)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup simmered raisins
- 4 average sized apples (peeled and diced or sliced)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2Beat together butter and sugars until creamy.

3Add eggs, milk and vanilla, beat well.

4Stir in oats, nuts, raisins and apples, mix well.

5Press dough onto bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan.

6Bake 30- 35 minutes.
