  • 1 cup cashews unsalted
  • 1 cup walnuts unsalted
  • 1 cup pecans unsalted
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds shelled and unsalted
  • 3/4 cup dried pineapple diced
  • 1/2 cup dark raisins or dried figs diced
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Coconut shredded

    pre heat oven to 350 F

    lightly coat nuts and pumpkin seeds with cooking oil

    spread out on a cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 min.

    lightly salt if desired while hot then cool completely and mix with the rest of ingredients
