  • 1/4 teaspoon caramel sauce, plus more for rimming glass
  • 3 ounces pear nectar
  • 2 drops vanilla paste
  • 1 1/2 ounces Roca Patron Anejo tequila
  • Ice

Directions

    Spread caramel sauce over a small plate, then gently twist the rim of a martini glass in the caramel.

    Chill glass.

    In a small saucepan, gently heat pear nectar, caramel and vanilla paste to dissolve.

    Transfer mixture to refrigerator to chill.

    In a mixing glass, stir tequila with 6 ice cubes and strain into a cocktail shaker with no ice.

    Stir in the pear nectar, strain into the caramel-rimmed martini glass and serve immediately.
