- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 c. half and half
- 5 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and flour.

2Add beaten egg yolks.

3Add half and half and vanilla.

4Put in unbaked pie crust and bake 15 minutes at 375°.

5Bake 30 to 40 minutes more at 350°.

6Top with meringue and brown slightly at 350°.
