- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 6 Tablespoons Butter, Divided
- 1 whole Onion, Caramelized
- 8 slices Sourdough Bread
- 1 jar BBQ Sauce (18 Ounce Jar)
- 1/2 packages Bacon, Cooked Until Chewy (1 Pound Package)
- 4 slices Pepper Jack Or Monterey Jack Cheese
Directions

1Combine the ground beef with the hot sauce, season salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders.

2Divide into four patties, and cook over medium high heat for about 5 minutes on one side.

3Flip and repeat for the other side.

21Cover with a heatproof plate, and smoosh down with your trusty cast iron skillet.

22Let sizzle on your skillet for a minute or two, flip, and repeat.
