- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel freshly
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands Pure Vanilla Extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons Argo Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 F.

2Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar, orange peel and vanilla using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 to 4 minutes.

3Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

4Beat in oil and milk.

5Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

6Add to orange mixture beating just until mixed.

7Portion into paper lined muffin tins; fill cups 2/3 full. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in centers of cupcake comes out clean.

8Let cool 10 minutes in pan.

9Remove warm cakes from pan and finish cooling on wire rack (a minimum of 30 minutes).

10Frost cupcakes when cool.
