  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Line 3 (9-inch) round pans with waxed paper; spray with cooking spray.

    Prepare cake batter as directed on package.

    Blend in dry pudding mix.
