Triple Layer Cookie Bars

- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
- 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°

2(325° for glass dish).

3In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt margarine in oven.

4Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine. Top evenly with coconut, then sweetened condensed milk. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

5In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with peanut butter.

6Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.

7Cool and then cut into bars. Store at room temperature.
