- 1/3 c. unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Butter and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle the pecans over the bottom and sides of the pan.

3With an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

4Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5Add the flour, cream, vanilla and lemon flavorings; mix until batter is smooth.
