- 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1In medium saucepan combine juice and enough water to equal 1 cup.

2Sprinkle gelatine over and let stand 1 minute.

3Heat and stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved.

4Stir in honey and then remaining ingredients.

5Pour into 8 or 9-inch baking pan.

6Chill until firm.

7Cut into bars to serve.

8Makes about 2 dozen.
