  • 1 (No. 2) can pie cherries
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. red food coloring
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 baked pie shells

Directions

    Cook cherries, pineapple, cornstarch, sugar and salt until thick.

    Add food coloring and jello while hot and stir until dissolved.

    Add bananas and nuts.

    Cool.

    After cooled, place in pie shells.
