- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/3 c. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
- 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Combine pineapple, lime juice and cloves.

2Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness; add to marinade.

3Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

4Drain; reserve marinade.

5Combine flour and salt; dredge chicken.

6Brown on both sides in oil.

7Place in a shallow baking dish.

8Add reserved marinade to skillet; cook until hot.

9Pour over chicken.

10Sprinkle with almonds and coconut.

11Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes.
