- 1/2 c. French dressing (regular or lite)
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 6 pork chops
- 6 pineapple slices
Directions

1In a dish combine dressing, juice, sugar and soy sauce.

2Add chops; turn to coat.

3Cover; marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.

4Remove chops; bring marinade to a boil.

5Broil or grill chops, basting with marinade, until desired doneness.

6Meanwhile grill pineapple and brush with marinade until golden.

7Bring remaining marinade to a boil.

8Serve over chops.

9Serves 4 to 6.
