  • 1 cup Oreo Baking Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
  • 3 cups fresh fruit (eg. mango, banana, pineapple, papaya) Target 1 lb For $2.99 thru 02/06
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. rum (optional)
  • 1 cup canned or prepared custard

Directions

    COMBINE crumbs with coconut, nuts and ginger.

    Reserve.

    SAUTE mixed fruit in butter and rum until warm.

    Pour in custard and heat through.

    In individual glasses or parfait dishes, layer crumbs and custard fruit mixture in alternating layers.
