  • 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (reserve liquid)
  • 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple (reserve liquid)
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. fresh mango
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 or 3 bananas

    Mix lemon pudding and liquid from pineapple and fruit cocktail with whisk until dissolved.

    Add the remaining ingredients, starting with nutmeg.
