Melting Matcha Pudding

  • 1 tbsp plus Matcha
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 60 grams Sugar
  • 5 grams Powdered gelatin
  • 200 ml Whipping cream
  • 1 as liked Topping of your choice

Directions

    Heat the milk in a pot to just below the boiling point.

    Turn the heat off, add the matcha and sugar, and mix well.

    Add the powdered gelatin and mix thoroughly.

    Strain into a bowl.

    Set the bowl in ice-cold water to cool slightly.

    Add fresh cream.

    Pour into serving containers, chill in the fridge until hardened, and enjoy!
