  • 4 cups breyers extra creamy vanilla ice cream slightly softened
  • 1 mango medium ripe, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch chunks
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping or butterscotch, divided

    Combine mango, lime juice, hot sauce and salt in small bowl; let sit at room temperature 20 minutes.

    Stir mango mixture into Breyers(R) Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream in medium bowl.

    To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons butterscotch topping into each serving dish. Evenly top with Breyers(R) Extra Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream, then with remaining butterscotch topping.
