  • 1 cup american cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pounds trout cleaned

    Preheat oven to 400?F.

    In a bowl, combine American cheese, bread crumbs, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and pepper.

    Place trout on individual squares of greased foil.

    Spoon crumb mixture over fish.
