- 1 cup american cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds trout cleaned
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400?F.

2In a bowl, combine American cheese, bread crumbs, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and pepper.

3Place trout on individual squares of greased foil.

4Spoon crumb mixture over fish.

5Seal securely and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
