- 6 filets of trout
- unseasoned fish fry (Zatarain's)
- cayenne pepper
Directions

1Chop onions and saute in butter.

2Add flour to thicken, then the milk.

3Heat to a simmer while stirring regularly.

4Add shrimp and simmer until the shrimp are done.

5Season to taste with cayenne.
