- 3 pounds trout tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 each egg yolks
- 1/2 each lemon juice only
- 1 tablespoon water
- 20 each shrimp cooked, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 pound crab meat cooked
- 1/4 cup oyster liqueur
Directions

1Place fish in buttered baking dish; rub with olive oil and season.

2Bake in preheated 375F (190C).

4While trout bakes, prepare sauce.

5Place baked fish on heated platted; pour sauce over fish.

6For the sauce combine all the ingredients and heat.
