- 4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. creme de cassis liqueur
- 1 oz. white chocolate (for decoration)
- red paste food coloring (optional)
Directions

1In medium saucepan, melt 2 cups chocolate chips over low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from heat and allow chocolate to cool to room temperature.

2Beat in egg yolk, cream and liqueur until smooth.

3Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

4Form heaping teaspoonfuls of mixture into 1-inch balls.

5Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
