  • 4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 5 sq. Baker's chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • chopped toasted almonds
  • cocoa

Directions

    Gradually add sugar to cream cheese, mixing well as you add. Add melted chocolate and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Chill several hours. Shape into 1-inch balls.

    Roll in chopped almonds, cocoa or additional powdered sugar.

    Makes 4 dozen.
