  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. Bailey's Irish Cream

Directions

    Heat cream and butter to just boiling point; pour over chocolate chips in glass bowl.

    Let sit for 5 minutes.

    Beat in Bailey's until smooth.

    Chill until firm.

    Quickly roll into 1-inch balls.

    Roll in cocoa powder or unsweetened drinking chocolate, chopped nuts or shredded coconut.
