  • 1 cup Honey
  • 2 Lemons, juice of
  • 3 sprigs Thyme
  • 1 cup Prunes, quartered pitted
  • 1/2 cup Golden Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds, toasted
  • Fresh Flat Leaf Parsely, chopped for garnish
