- 2 c. instant rice
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 (7 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare rice as directed on package. In large casserole dish, layer rice, tuna and half of the chips. Heat soup with water just until boiling.

3Pour over tuna and rice combination.

4Mix well to make sure all ingredients are moist. Cover with remaining chips.

5Cook for 45 minutes at 350° or until top is golden brown.
