  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cans tuna packed in water drained
  • 2 tablespoons red onion minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • salt /pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    In a small food processor pulse oats a few times to grind.

    In a small bowl mix avocado and tuna.

    Mix in remaining ingredients.

    Form mixture into 6 cakes

    Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping once.
