- 2 cans tuna packed in water drained
- 2 tablespoons red onion minced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt /pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2In a small food processor pulse oats a few times to grind.

3In a small bowl mix avocado and tuna.

4Mix in remaining ingredients.

6Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flipping once.
