Tuna Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can white tuna, drained
  • 1 md. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

    Thoroughly combine first three ingredients.

    Transfer mixture onto a square of plastic wrap, form mixture into a ball and refrigerate until firm.

    Once firm, remove from plastic wrap and roll in pecans.
  4. 4
    At this point it can be served or placed back into the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.

    Great with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
