- 1/2 c. parsley flakes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 can tuna (large can), drained
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
- salt to taste
Directions

1Blend 2 tablespoons of parsley with remaining ingredients. Mix well.

2Place in refrigerator until very cold.

3Turn out onto waxed paper.

4Shape into ball or 2 rolls.

5Roll in remaining parsley.

6This freezes well so can be made ahead of time.
