Ingredients

  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, undrained
  • 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
  • crushed cornflakes
  • tartar sauce or sauce

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and mix well.

    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in the crushed cornflakes.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

    Can also be frozen.

    To thaw, heat in a 350° oven.

    Serve with toothpicks and tartar sauce or tuna ball sauce.
