- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 11/16 cups tuna in oil canned, drained
- 6 3/8 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pesto
- 1 teaspoon chives minced
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil
- almond
- liver pate
Directions

1In a bowl, mash the potatoes. Add the tuna and mix well.

2Add the egg, cheese, breadcrumbs, pesto, chives and mix together until a dough forms.

3Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.

4Remove from the refrigerator. With floured hands, shape into small balls the size of a walnut and coat in breadcrumbs.

5Heat a little oil in a frying pan on high heat. Fry the tuna balls until golden brown.

6Drain on kitchen paper and serve on a spoonful of almond and artichoke pate.
