  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 small onion, minced or 1 Tbsp. dried onion, soaked in water
  • 1/2 c. process cheese, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 hamburger buns

Directions

    Fluff tuna with a fork; place in a medium bowl.

    Add celery, onion and cheese; mix.

    Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper; mix well again.

    Fill buns with tuna mixture; replace tops.

    Heat in paper sandwich bags on baking sheet in 350° oven for 15 minutes.

    Serve warm.
