Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tuna in water
  • 1 (8 ounce) box prepared stuffing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 34 cup water
  • 1 carrot (shredded)
  • 13 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons relish
  • 12 cup hollandaise sauce (prepared)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

    Heat large non stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.

    Use ice cream scoop to add 1/3 cup portions of tuna mixture to skillet.

    Flatten in to patties with spatula.

    Cook until golden brown about 3 minutes to each side.

    Drizzle prepared Holidaise sauce over cakes.
