- 3 c. uncooked egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 slice American cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 c. peas
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles; set aside.

2Cook garlic, celery and onion until transparent.

3Stir in flour, soup, cheese and milk; cook until bubbly.

4Stir in tuna, peas and noodles carefully.

5Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 375°.
