Tuna Casserole

- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can chunk-style tuna
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) bag potato chips, crushed
Directions

1Slowly cook onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender, but not brown.

2Add soup, milk and tuna; mix well.

3Cook noodles according to directions on package and drain.

4Alternate layers of noodles and soup mixture in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.

5Sprinkle with potato chips and return to oven to brown chips.

6Yields 6 to 8 servings.
