  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 c. no fat mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. low-fat cheese (Cheddar)
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can low-fat cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 3 1/2 c. low-fat noodles

Directions

    Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain.

    Combine noodles, drained tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables and salt.

    Add soup, milk and cheese.

    Bake at 425° about 20 minutes.
