- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3 c. celery, chopped
- 1 can tuna
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. cashew nuts, chopped
Directions

1Melt butter; add onions and celery.

2Cook until tender.

3Add tuna fish, soups, milk, soy sauce, half of noodles and nuts.

4Put in greased or sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with remaining noodles and nuts.

5Bake 25 minutes at 350°.
