Tuna Casserole

  • 1 extra large can water-pack tuna
  • 1 pkg. flat egg noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. parsley sprig, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Layer precooked noodles then tuna, then veggies.

    Mix soup with small amount of water; dribble over each layer.

    Add Velveeta cheese.

    Do another layer and top with cheese.

    Cok covered at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Last 5 minutes cook uncovered to brown.
