  • 3 potatoes (cut in quarters)
  • 2 carrots (Cut thin)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped fine)
  • 1 onion (chopped fine)
  • 1 cup water
  • salt
  • pepper (optional)
  • 4 tuna fillets

Directions

    In a saucepan add first eight ingredients and bring to the boil.

    Reduce heat to medium low.

    When boil has been reduced to a simmer, add tuna and cook for about 20 minutes or until tuna is soft (flakes can be separated easily).

    Serve hot.
