- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. sliced celery
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 scant Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna or 1 large can
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes.

2Add diced potatoes, water and salt.

3Heat to boiling; cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.

4Blend flour with 1/4 cup milk, then add 1 3/4 cups milk.

5Stir into potato mixture.

6Cook until thick.

7Add tuna; heat and serve.
