  • 2 cups canned tuna, drained
  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • black pepper

Directions

    Combine the potato soup, milk, onion, bay leaf, butter and pepper and simmer the mixture for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add the corn and the tuna and heat, but do not boil.

    Remove the bay leaf and serve.
