  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 1/2 c. seasoned medium white sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. olives (ripe or green)
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 4 to 6 servings steamed rice
  • pimiento (if desired)

Directions

    Heat tuna in prepared white sauce.

    Add onion, green pepper and celery.

    Cut olives and remove pits; add to mixture.

    Cube eggs; add to mixture. Blend in curry.

    Serve hot over rice. Garnish with pimiento.
