- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned medium white sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. olives (ripe or green)
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 4 to 6 servings steamed rice
- pimiento (if desired)
Directions

1Heat tuna in prepared white sauce.

2Add onion, green pepper and celery.

3Cut olives and remove pits; add to mixture.

4Cube eggs; add to mixture. Blend in curry.

5Serve hot over rice. Garnish with pimiento.
